    Love the size and the layout but it keeps logging out of wi-fi. I have to restart or completely log off and wait for a while before signing back in.

    When it works it's great. Ever since I have had this unit it has consistently been throwing me off of my internet. I returned to Best Buy and short of telling me to do things already listed and tried on the built-in scans (which I have tried multiple times) they were of little help, unless i wanted to them to check it out for a fee. I now have owned this unit for exactly one month. I have never had this issue with any other brand laptop. Would never buy anoth lenovo. I have been thrown off wifi/internet approximately 15 times in one month. As a note, every other device that I have does not have this issue.

    Sorry I had to replace this computer. I have always been a fast typist but I could not type of this becuse of the size of the keyboard and the elimination of the number keys on the right. Look closely at the keyboard size when buying, It really makes a different if you already type and know where your keys are. They are there but shifted over.

    A little heavier than it should be. The charging port is not a USB-C port. Start-up can be flaky at times. Sometimes it crashes for no reason.

    Overall the computer has been nice but the camera keeps getting a lot of red streaks and I need to update the driver constantly.

    Bought back in July and i been having so many issues like overheating, camera not working. Dont buy this laptop.

    Think before buying refurbished

    Personally, I knew better than to purchase a refurbished product. About 1.5 months after use (work) the computer screen went black and unresponsive. Seeing as how I just purchased this year, it's frustrating due to the fact that I have to now pay for it to get fixed, since I need a computer for work.

    I’m not one to get a new laptop on regular intervals. I tend to hold onto them like a good pair of jeans, wearing them often and for years until they’re so worn out they can no longer be saved. This laptop will not be one of those. I can’t stand it. It is more temperamental than a spoiled toddler low on sleep. I almost never use it now (only a year later) and wish I’d never bought it. It’s about to find itself in the trash (so to speak).

    Terrible build quality and performance. Realtek WIFI network adapter is garbage. Constantly shutting down even after adjusting power settings, driver updates. Windows 11 is also garbage. Purchasing this product has ensured I'll never purchase another Lenovo product.

    As soon as we got home and started up the laptop, we started having problems. The screen would randomly black out, it froze for over 5 minutes and didn’t unfreeze until it was restarted, and the touchscreen only worked about 50% of the time. This was all within the first couple of hours of having the laptop, it was also bought brand new. We returned it two days later. Definitely don’t recommend.
