To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue with the latest version of Windows patches and driver updates. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and ensure are updates are fully installed.
Next, to address battery life – there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.

Pros: the touchscreen is amazing, the fingerprint sensor works awesome, there is a back light on the keyboard that has two different settings or an option to keep the back light off absolutely love that. Great at multitasking can pull down tabs and minimize while having numerous still trying to figure this laptop out, but so far, I love everything about it. When you fold into tablet mode, it automatically locks the keyboard so that it’s not activated. Cons: speakers are OK they’re not what I expected have the volume at max volume and it’s not as loud as I expected.

Best buy was great with the exchange. The second one has been great for light use. Don't expect to game on it, but great for web browsing and office use

I would recommend this to a friend Decent laptop but out of patience with MS Windows.

This W11 sytem required alot of work to get it to run my apps that worked well under W10. Not the fault of the hardware but next iteration might migrate to Apple.

She would give the computer a 4.5 beause the computer was in an "S" mode and she was not able to add other apps until 24 hrs. after set up. She was frustrated at fist. Other than that it is a great computer.

Recommend for basic internet and basic apps

Computer started having issues immediately after purchase - trackpad would randomly stop working, etc. Now, the built-in camera has completely stopped working just 4 months after purchase, and I have to send it in for repair. Really regret buying this laptop.
