    This laptop always delays numbers, backspace and slow on typing, Repeats what you don't want it to! Skips pages while your typing and need to start all over!

      To start, we recommend attempting a hardware reset (visit the following link to learn how to do so: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/3227606?hl=en&sjid=11168473644130281663-NA), which reboots the embedded controller that manages various system components and may resolve the input issue.

    I ordered this laptop online to pick up in store and I had the most awful experience. No help at all from store staff or Best Buy corporate customer support. It was truly a nightmare.
