Great value for the price

The back-lit keys are a nice feature. It has a 14" touchscreen which is a decent size without being too big and heavy. The screen has great color for watching videos or movies. The sound bars are on each side of the keyboard which makes hearing it easier as opposed to them being on the underside. Battery life is good too. So far there isn't anything I don't like about it. It does everything and more that I need it to do.

Not what I needed as a college student in IT.

I realize after 2 days of using it I'd have to install applications that require an OS on it. Unfortunately I had to returned it in exchange for a laptop.

I've attempted every kind of troubleshooting just before an actual repair, but for what it is, I'd rather just buy a new one. Performance while it was alive was fine, but it packed lots of functionality. Basically only useful for homework and watch YouTube while you eat.
