Might not be a true Chromebook Plus.

This machine did in fact have the Chromebook plus branding on the cover. Overall I thought it was a fantastic machine until I tried to use some of the " standard" Chromebook features like " help me write". It was nowhere in the settings to activate. I went back to Best buy and check the other Chromebooks and they all had the setting. This one did not. When I googled around, an answer came up saying that this machine did not support that feature. This led me to believe it might meet the Chromebook plus specs, but is in fact not a true Chromebook plus because it did not have all the AI features. I figured this would lead to a lot of frustration down the road not so much because I was missing this feature, but that somehow it was not a true Chromebook Plus.

Sloppy quality review of their Open Box version

Was surprised when we opened it at the store and the charger block/cord was missing! They looked for another one in the store and of course, they couldn't find one. Then they tried to have me accept one of two other brands of chargers which were inferior in form factor. Very disappointed, I returned the Chromebook and ordered one on Amazon instead. So beward of their open box versions.

The fold will break and there isn't a way around it. I left apple because I was over them, but my first computer away from them breaking is a tough look for this brand

It’s very easy to use and the display is great. I love how the Chromebook gives me immediate access to so many google apps since I use google a lot for school. Again it’s just a great laptop!

It is well built, handsome and works well. I have to wait until it has been around for a while, so I can judge it's durability as Chromebooks tend to age poorly.
