I expected better quality audio from a device that is primarily all about internet access. Otherwise, the device is lightweight and convenient. I miss my numeric keypad.

I bought this as an open box for approximately $337. The computer was completely dead and wouldn't charge. How did this pass inspection with the Geek Squad? When I brought it back, they checked it out and were just as perplexed as I was.

Very bad design flaw. Upon researching after the fact it appears to be a common problem with this model that I did not know before.

However, I had the same problem as many of the reviewers here. After 14 months, I just closed the laptop and one of the hinges completely broke. So disappointed in the cheap construction.
