    I have had nothing but issues with this device. It automatically switches to tablet mode and then stays stuck in it so I can’t use the keyboard. It doesn’t support any streaming services. I can’t watch Hulu, Netflix or anything. This is honestly a waste of a computer unless all you’re going to do is check your email. Do not buy this if you are in school, working, or doing any sort of tasking. Waste of money.

To try to remedy this, first, please look for any applicable updates in the “About ChromeOS” tab in system settings. After applying these updates, should your issue persist, we recommend trying to complete a powerwash or factory reset to see if this resolves the issue. To complete a reset, here is a link to a Google Support page that details how to reset a Chromebook: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183084?hl=en. After these steps, if this doesn’t resolve things, we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Support here: 800-426-7378, and providing a representative with details of your issue, so that they may help by providing a solution for you. Also, the system supports streaming services via browser, progressive web apps, and their respective apps in the Google Play Store, so if you are experiencing differently, please share this with Support as well.     The concept that Lenovo is trying to pull off is great but the craftsmanship of the product is subpar to say the least. Within two month of sporadic use, the monitor at the hinges began to come apart until the monitor separated from the hinges. Bestbuy would not accept the return due to their internal 30 return policy. Lenovo hasn’t been much help either. Stay away from this product and manufacturer.

    The display bezel detached from the laptop cover after only 6 months of light use (only opening and closing it once a day). I called Lenovo and they won't cover the repair because it isn't listed as one of the Lenovo products with this well-known defect. There are others in the BB reviews who've had the same problem and others on Lenovo's support forum.

    This is the worst buys I have ever made.You cant install just office on it.This is disgusting.I am very annoyed with myself for not opening this item on time.i was decieved because I had the earlier flex 5i and I thought I was buying the same thing.

    Unbelievable. I've had this for all of 3 months and the keyboard has gone complete to crap. I have to peck out this review on my phone. The "a" and "q" work in reverse...if I press "a" I get "q" and vice versa. Several other keys are doing the exact same thing. Additionally, the "u" key is loose and gets all jacked up unless you press it on its outer edge. Out of return date, but c'mon...this is obviously a defective unit.

    I had it for less than a week and it never worked right. After taking it in for repair, I was told it was "a lemon" and had it replaced yesterday.

    Works well when it works but I guess I got a bad one cuz its glitchy as heck. The touch pad, the touch screen, etc to the point that its not usable unless I restart it. That happens every day or so.

    My device worked fine except the backlight on the keyboard did not work out of the box, after troubleshooting with Lenovo. I attempted to return it to Best Buy. They sent a return label but refused to sell me a replacement device at the same price because the pricing had changed. I was able to order from Amazon and save money. Visit Amazon and skip bestbuy.

    Nice features with flex but horribly designed - it goes to tablet mode even when in standard straight way. Doesn’t detect second monitors properly and even if you use option to default to not duplicate display it always defaults to duplicate display when a secondary display is connected to

    Mine started breaking at the hinge within a month. Lenovo and Best Buy both said 'tough luck'. I'd strongly recommend against buy one.
