    I have had nothing but issues with this device. It automatically switches to tablet mode and then stays stuck in it so I can’t use the keyboard. It doesn’t support any streaming services. I can’t watch Hulu, Netflix or anything. This is honestly a waste of a computer unless all you’re going to do is check your email. Do not buy this if you are in school, working, or doing any sort of tasking. Waste of money.

To try to remedy this, first, please look for any applicable updates in the “About ChromeOS” tab in system settings. After applying these updates, should your issue persist, we recommend trying to complete a powerwash or factory reset to see if this resolves the issue. To complete a reset, here is a link to a Google Support page that details how to reset a Chromebook: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183084?hl=en. After these steps, if this doesn’t resolve things, we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Support here: 800-426-7378, and providing a representative with details of your issue, so that they may help by providing a solution for you.     Not impressed. Had to replace my HP Chromebook that I loved. I was to impatient to wait since it was not available locally.

    The concept that Lenovo is trying to pull off is great but the craftsmanship of the product is subpar to say the least. Within two month of sporadic use, the monitor at the hinges began to come apart until the monitor separated from the hinges. Bestbuy would not accept the return due to their internal 30 return policy. Lenovo hasn’t been much help either. Stay away from this product and manufacturer.

    This is the worst buys I have ever made.You cant install just office on it.This is disgusting.I am very annoyed with myself for not opening this item on time.i was decieved because I had the earlier flex 5i and I thought I was buying the same thing.

    Unbelievable. I've had this for all of 3 months and the keyboard has gone complete to crap. I have to peck out this review on my phone. The "a" and "q" work in reverse...if I press "a" I get "q" and vice versa. Several other keys are doing the exact same thing. Additionally, the "u" key is loose and gets all jacked up unless you press it on its outer edge. Out of return date, but c'mon...this is obviously a defective unit.

    Avoid any of the Google Perks offers. I haven't been able to use this laptop for a month as I've been waiting for Google to resolve the free year of Google AI.

    Works well when it works but I guess I got a bad one cuz its glitchy as heck. The touch pad, the touch screen, etc to the point that its not usable unless I restart it. That happens every day or so.

    I had it for less than a week and it never worked right. After taking it in for repair, I was told it was "a lemon" and had it replaced yesterday.

    Bestbuy Customer Service Sucks

    My device worked fine except the backlight on the keyboard did not work out of the box, after troubleshooting with Lenovo. I attempted to return it to Best Buy. They sent a return label but refused to sell me a replacement device at the same price because the pricing had changed. I was able to order from Amazon and save money. Visit Amazon and skip bestbuy.

    Nice features with flex but horribly designed - it goes to tablet mode even when in standard straight way. Doesn’t detect second monitors properly and even if you use option to default to not duplicate display it always defaults to duplicate display when a secondary display is connected to

    Mine started breaking at the hinge within a month. Lenovo and Best Buy both said 'tough luck'. I'd strongly recommend against buy one.

    Backlight not working, bought for my daughter to use at school and backlight went out immediately. Best buy refused to replace item for the price I paid and wanted me to pay over $200 more to replace with the same item.

    I bought this open box in excellent condition less than a year ago and it no longer turns out. There was no water damage, just a faulty product.

      To start, after charging your Chromebook for at least 15 minutes with its original power adapter, try doing a hardware reset. This may resolve the issue by clearing out any errors within system components that may be preventing proper system startup.

    I would give it 0 if I could. Bought this in January, 2024. By August the keyboard went out & now it won't even turn on. A piece of crap in my book.

    Total ripoff. The Best Buy info says it has SSD memory. That is wrong, it's the eMMC junk. At that price it should have SSD. I did an online order to get the Cyber Monday price. Went to pick it up and discovered the problem. Best Buy would not do a price adjustment on a Chromebook that did have SSD.
