Great Chromebook- very easy to set up and easy to use. Did a lot of research on Chromebooks before making this purchase. Bought on sale - great value.

Screen is crisp, bright, and very high resolution. This is as nice as any Windows PC and to me is top-of-the-line in terms of Chromebooks. Lenovo's build quality shows through here. When tilting the screen back into tablet mode, nothing about the construction feels flimsy or plastic (like it would break). The keyboard has that great Lenovo feel as well, and the trackpad is not a pain in the butt to use. Study, solid, but lightweight. I would HIGHLY recommend this Chromebook to anyone who is looking!!!!

I was looking for something that would allow me to more-so use it as a tablet, but I liked that this also had the keyboard built in so I could use it as a laptop. Since I was planning to mostly use it for school as a tablet for notes and doing questions, I didn't need any crazy features. Once I got it, the key immediately broke to the point where they completely replaced it, which I was very appreciative of. Once I started using it as a tablet, I noticed that it would read my hand and the pen, which would just end with me making the screen bigger/ smaller due to it trying to read both my hand and the stylus. I can't find anything online that'll allow me to turn on/ off palm recognition, which I find annoying. There are also not many options to find a hard shell to protect the keyboard when in tablet mode, which is another of my concerns since a key broke so quickly on me. If I was able to turn off palm recognition this Chromebook would honestly be perfect. But since I'm not able to touch the screen at all with my hand when writing, I find it annoying and pointless to use as a study object.

I totally liked the customer service they have there, as well as the ease of purchasing a product. On the other hand, I loved the product I bought, it is everything I was looking for.

The hinges of this Chromebook started to break after 3 months of light use (2-3 times as week). Very poor quality in the hinges. I contacted customer support and they did not want to take liability, forcing me to go to Geek Squad and pay more for an accidental warranty.

Love the Lenovo Chromebook, small size was just what I wanted and it's a nice weight.

This laptop always delays numbers, backspace and slow on typing, Repeats what you don't want it to! Skips pages while your typing and need to start all over!

I ordered this laptop online to pick up in store and I had the most awful experience. No help at all from store staff or Best Buy corporate customer support. It was truly a nightmare.
