Haven't used much as old one will be coming off updates soon. My impression of the time I spent on it, is a pat on the back as there were many new chromebooks available. Love the look, keypad feel, backlit, faster by far from old model and thats with many open pages .The plus model is just that, won't be worrying about updates ending, anytime soon.

One of the premier best Chromebook Plus in the market now. It's quick, great 14 inch screen, and a nice big track pad. Only thing I wish is if it was a little lighter but it's still portable and the best deal of any laptops, Windows or Apple.

Super fast Chromebook! Works great! I wish it was a little more compact, but with such a huge screen I know it's not easy to achieve that.

This a very nice chromebook with a great clear screen. I gave it a 5/5 because it is a great chromebook overall but beware that it is somewhat difficult to open due to the small indented area in the middle only about the size of the touch pad. I own the previous model and find this one harder to initially open. Other than that it is a great product and I would definitely purchase again for all of it's other features.

I love the Lenovo Chromebook. I needed one for our new employee and Best Buy had it in stock and shipped it to me in less than 48 hours. Super easy to do online and some of the best prices I found. I will definitely be buying from Best Buy again. The Lenovo is fast, has a lot of storage, a great touch screen, a lighted keyboard, and boots up instantly. I don't have to worry about updates, malware, or buying protection software because it is all done through the Google Chromebook platform. The battery lasts a long time, although I usually keep it plugged in. My other office computers are Lenovo and I have had my personal one for 5 years with no issues.

I have been a Chromebook user for years, my first being a Google Pixel. I love this Chromebook+. The screen is vibrant, sharp, and responsive. Processing speed is great; haven't had so much as a hiccup. Keyboard is backlit, also responsive, touchpad works perfectly. The only thing I would like is longer battery life, but that isn't a big issue for me. Nowadays, most of use aren't needing the Windows environment, and this is a perfect substitute for those of us that are cloud based, and users of Android phones. I can't say enough about this. It's a great balance of affordability and performance. Highly recommended from a long time Chromebook user.

This a pretty nice Chromebook. The screen, build quality, and battery life are great. The one dislike I have is the speakers are not very loud.

Bought this as a gift for my parents. It was simple for them to get used to.

Great touchscreen laptop that can be flipped around like a tablet. Long battery life, and quick to charge. Only complaint is the touchpad mouse is a little quirky to getting used to for scrolling.

If you're looking for the perfect balance of speed and portability, this is the laptop for you. It's a great Chromebook for school or even work. The touch screen is a nice added bonus as well

I have owned a few chromebooks and this one by far the best full touch, lighted keyboard, and much smoother would highly recommend.

I needed a quality laptop at an affordable price when my old one's internal fan stopped working. BestBuy always has quality models on hand, so I ran down to the local store and found a great Lenovo, which is a brand I've had before. It's a good laptop (using it now) for everything I use it for, which is mainly work.

Great laptop for my college work it’s screen is perfect size and light enough I can carry around I love I can flip it into a touch screen for games or just watching a video and being touch screen is so convenient at times

So far so good. The chromebook is running great, fast speeds, can have multiple apps open without losing speed, easy to navigate. Happy i got it.

This laptop is an excellent Chromebook with a great screen resolution, and keyboard. The storage and RAM are more than adequate for its intended use. The quality and durability of the laptop is excellent, and should hold up to use for many years. You get 8-10 years of operating and security upgrades, which are much better than other laptop comparisons.

This is my first Chromebook and I really love it! Setting it up was quick and easy. I use it for web surfing and email. I find it easy to navigate. The keys are responsive and I enjoy the touch screen.
