Perfect fast laptop and tablet. Very happy with this for zoom and business

This laptop is great for work its fast the time it takes to load a website is less than 10 seconds. I rated a 4 because I dont use it as much and you’re limited to certain apps.

I loved it because it is super modern and updated, the system to work on my son's homework, the antivirus updates seemed like one of the best things to bring and the restrictions of some apps or applications to use for the safety of my children I loved the super modern screen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought this laptop to replace my Samsung Chromebook. I love it. It's light enough, has a touch screen, and uses the operating system I've become accustomed to. I only use it for streaming, emails, general internetting, and a little document making for work. Such a steal!

Bought this chromebook in February of 2024. Was great for the first 10 months or so. After that it would periodically freeze up, I would only have 2-4 tabs open and it would freeze up. The fan would also run a lot and loud. I did a powerwash a couple of times, the problems still persisted. I learned to live with that issue, now another issue has popped up. Now when you type the e or c key you get a series of letters and not just the c or the e. I researched this and others have had the same issue with varying models of chromebooks. I tried everything suggested, including multiple powewashes, changing the keyboard languge, trying a full recovery, Nothing has worked, I give up. Looking to buy another model now.

The young man was knowledgeable about the Levnovo Chromebook that I purchased. The Geek Squad were proficient and helpful in setting up my computer.

Bought this for my granddaughter. She loves it for school work and after school surfing. A great deal at regular price but even better when you catch it on sale. Touch screen, backlit keyboard and plenty of storage, memory and processing power.

I bought this as an 80th birthday gift for someone to replace an old and painfully slow Microsoft laptop. Although he is not the most computer savvy octogenarian out there, he has adjusted to it quickly. Painless setup, easy to use, fast.

Great purchase.! The computer was purchased to be used for online classes in pursuit of a Master of Education degree in Special Education and Elementary Education.

My son is autistic and isn't always the most careful but this lap top had proven to be tough enough for the job also is able to keep up with all the video editing he does.

I've been using this now for about a month and a half and I've had no issues at all. It's my first Chromebook and I'm very happy with it.

Had heard good things about Lenovo.... This is the perfect laptop for a light user ...email and some browsing.

Very Nice laptop for basic working and very handy for learning and small gaming. Very easily you can do normal browsing, work on office documents and sheets. Very nice and handy.....If you are looking something very handy and powerful go for it.

Good Chromebook. Great for consuming information, not for coding (depending on the language). A little heavier than I expected.

Really great computer for the price. Powerful screen and snappy processing. Best Buy took way to long to deliver this though. One never made it to me and I still have not received my money for the return. I had to order it a second time and have it picked up in store which was also not very simple. Recommend the product but you should probably buy it somewhere else.

This product is amazing for the limited things I use it for. It is not too much computer and or programs for my needs. I needed a laptop or something similar to surf the internet, type and store some word documents and stream music or videos.

I didn't really want to pay this much for a laptop, But I'm glad I did. Very nice machine. Lightweight and powerful
