It is always lagging, the track pad skips frequently, my current issue is with the browser not allowing me to close out of tabs and it continuously freezes I cannot get anything done, sometimes it will shut off and I have to keep pressing the backspace button to get it to turn back on, my printer does not connect with it, you cannot use adobe illustrator with the particular chromebook.

I was unable to access the internet at the University where I volunteer, and the tech staff there told me Chromebooks are notoriously problematic, but they got me on line. Next, the Microsoft-Office Home & Student software I ordered at Best Buy's suggestion downloaded, but will not execute. The Geek agent would courteous, but couldn't help and told me I had to take it in to a Best Buy store.

There is a MAJOR design flaw with the screen hinges. They are poorly secured and pop out so the screen does not attach to the compter, making it impossible to close and difficult to adjust to line of sight. I returned the first one, but the replacement did the exact same thing. Absolute junk, cannot recommend.

Within two month of sporadic use, the monitor at the hinges began to come apart until the monitor separated from the hinges. Bestbuy would not accept the return due to their internal 30 return policy. Lenovo hasn’t been much help either. Stay away from this product and manufacturer.

It automatically switches to tablet mode and then stays stuck in it so I can’t use the keyboard. It doesn’t support any streaming services. I can’t watch Hulu, Netflix or anything. This is honestly a waste of a computer unless all you’re going to do is check your email. Do not buy this if you are in school, working, or doing any sort of tasking. Waste of money.
