Very easy to use. Excellent laptop with lighted keyboard and the touch screen allows it to be used as a tablet. Very thin and light.

Great Chrome Book with a larger screen than the one it replaced. none were available locally, but for ten dollars it was delivered to my door the next day.

Worked well looked ok was good enough till it wouldn't turn on randomly. I got it to wake up after spending a few hours pretending to be a technician. I pushed some buttons held some keys down opend and closed it plugged it in and out it was great fun. It started and then died again a week or two later.

Just what i needed, only bug is a tiff with our Envy printer. Surprise features: touch screen and camera curtain.

This Chromebook Plus cut all the right corners to hit a desirable price point. Would definitely stick with Lenovo for future purchases.

Great touchscreen, really nice for it’s porpouse, for working and studying.

I love my new Lenovo chromebook. The back-lit keys are a nice feature. It has a 14" touchscreen which is a decent size without being too big and heavy. The screen has great color for watching videos or movies. The sound bars are on each side of the keyboard which makes hearing it easier as opposed to them being on the underside. Battery life is good too. So far there isn't anything I don't like about it. It does everything and more that I need it to do.

Works great and a great deal. Now, does anyone ever win these review programs? I really doubt it.

I just returned the Lenovo flex 5i Chromebook plus. This machine did in fact have the Chromebook plus branding on the cover. Overall I thought it was a fantastic machine until I tried to use some of the " standard" Chromebook features like " help me write". It was nowhere in the settings to activate. I went back to Best buy and check the other Chromebooks and they all had the setting. This one did not. When I googled around, an answer came up saying that this machine did not support that feature. This led me to believe it might meet the Chromebook plus specs, but is in fact not a true Chromebook plus because it did not have all the AI features. I figured this would lead to a lot of frustration down the road not so much because I was missing this feature, but that somehow it was not a true Chromebook Plus.

The chromebook is nice if you're not planning to use additional software on it. I realize after 2 days of using it I'd have to install applications that require an OS on it. Unfortunately I had to returned it in exchange for a laptop.

Chromebook is so user friendly compared to a standard laptop, and meets my needs perfectly.

This review is for an "excellent condition" open box version which I purchased. Was surprised when we opened it at the store and the charger block/cord was missing! They looked for another one in the store and of course, they couldn't find one. Then they tried to have me accept one of two other brands of chargers which were inferior in form factor. Very disappointed, I returned the Chromebook and ordered one on Amazon instead. So beward of their open box versions.

Love this brand! This is smaller than my original one but love it!
