This was an "open box" item for a great price. Was in excellent condition. It replaced an aging Chromebook. It's MUCH faster. And it's eligible for updates for 10 years. Backlit keyboard. Memory, Storage. Slightly larger screen.

Great computer bought from Best Buy but the best thing about it was the quality of service I received. Fast, courteous and very friendly. We need more people like the gentleman who took care of me.

it does everything they said it would do and a little more. its a little on the heavy side but not bad. it will even write in cursive and interpet several different languages. a pretty smart chromebook. its pretty fast at starting and at doing most any function you need it to do. well pleased so far.

Bought this for my pre-teen daughter who wanted a Mac but does not take of her things. She liked the touch screen and how it can convert to a tablet at the same time. It does everything and more. She was so happy with it that she later said I didn’t need the MAC after all.

I read reviews of multiple Chromebook Plus models before settling on this one, and I have not been disappointed.

I like the aesthetic, but it didn’t meet my needs when it comes to processing speed and access to random memory.

Awesome product,love the versatility and mobility of it. Screen is very nice color and visual.

So far, I am happy with it. It seems to me the same build quality as my old Dell. Inspiron. The operating system is very responsive and smooth. Time tell.

Great computer for my child , she’s into art and loves to use it for everything

I needed a new laptop for work and decided this was a good option. It is bit key sensitive but good overall

Easy to use, but I wish there was a "delete" button instead of just a "backspace" button. Maybe I am missing something, but overall I am enjoying the laptop.

I've had it for a few weeks now. So far we are very happy with it. Boots up very quickly. Note: if you want to connect it to an HDMI cable, you will need a USB-C to HDMI adapter.

Overall good so far. Battery life is not as good as expected.

Best Chromebook for my daughter. I recommend it for there first computer.

I really wanted to like this Chromebook but it has one big problem. Very often when opening the lid it gets stuck in tablet mode, rendering the keyboard and tracker inoperable. You have to restart it while holding a certain key to restart the hardware per Google, but it is too much of a pain to have to do that 75 percent of the time just to get past the lockscreen. I'm really handy with my gadgets and did lots of browsing in forums and assistant this is an issue that was very apparent in 2020. But for some reasons with this model the bug has come back. Lenovo support is useless.

Works great and the ability to use it as a tablet is helpful for taking notes online!

Not at all what I expected. I should have stuck with Windows. I do not recommend if you are a windows user.

Worst customer service. I bought this laptop online. It was shipped from this store 63 Ranch Dr Milpitas, CA 95035 . The shipping employee stole my laptop and sent me a logitech keyboard. I take it to the store in Las Vegas Maryland pkwy and the manager refuses refund says to call corporate . they give me a return label . i have called corporate 4 times they said i will receive my refund. BUT corporate ships the keyboard back to me and says no refund because its the wrong item. All the corporate people can barely speak english. i still have not received my refund after 14 days. And i already bought the same laptop a 2nd time from a local las vegas bbuy store. my order number is BBY01-806923626318 and i really need my money back. Please call a Las Vegas store manager on Maryland Pkwy to except my refund today. its the 15th day on the return policy and i am walking in store today ready to speak to a manager. and you better help me this time after all the money i have spent at this store. it says on the website all stores can accept returns if you are shipped the wrong item and they refuse to help me. is it my fault their own employee stole my item and shipped me a 20$ keyboard? They think i am trying to pull a scam and will not refund $300 to me. Worst customer service i have ever had.

Met and exceeded all expectations! The staff in both store locations level of customer service was outstanding....highly recommended! Btw, this was a great deal on sale...great job!
