I would give it 0 if I could. Bought this in January, 2024. By August the keyboard went out & now it won't even turn on. A piece of crap in my book.

Meh, I should have done more research before I bought this. The Chrome OS is just meh.

Total ripoff. The Best Buy info says it has SSD memory. That is wrong, it's the eMMC junk. At that price it should have SSD. I did an online order to get the Cyber Monday price. Went to pick it up and discovered the problem. Best Buy would not do a price adjustment on a Chromebook that did have SSD.

Since day 1 it was stuck in tablet mode after 3 days I returned it -- the geeks had no answer. It was a bad experience with no apology!

Great piece of hardware, however with lacros being disabled, I suspect by Lenovo. Does not work for me. Very disappointing. I returned it to best buy

very basic computer would rather hp for half the cost

Great compact touch screen laptop. It dosent freeze or constantly have to be charged. I can use it all day without an issue. Runs all my school programs with no problems. Better then the school laptops they gove out. I give this a A+

A great Chromebook overall. Likes - Good Keyboard - Great Screen resolution options - Sturdy build - Handsome pattern/design on the top - The Chromebook was snappy and did not get bogged down, even when I had dozens of chrome tabs open across multiple desktops & windows. - The 2-in-1 design is great. I found myself regularly using the device in tablet mode, which is much larger & more spacious than a typical tablet’s screen. Great for reading comic books. Dislikes - The battery life is decent for basic browsing however, any time the fans turn on, the battery drains really quickly. I was used to ARM based Chromebooks, rather than Intel based Chromebooks, so this was a surprise for me. - The screen is bright inside but a bit dim, especially outside or in rooms with lots of natural lighting (but that is pretty standard on cheap and mid-grade Chromebooks). For the price, especially when on sale, this is a superb Chromebook Plus model. So long as you are aware the battery life will typically struggle to hit that 10 hour advertised limit, this is a great purchase for anyone whose work flow revolves around a browser or Android apps.

Good specs, reasonable price, easy to use, and I'm a long time user of Lenovo products. Loving it so far!

Overall this product is good for light use for the price. There is no delete button nor cap lock button. I don’t like that. Therefore I would not recommend for a heavy user.

This is a really good laptop. Practical for everyday use. Good for a college student.

Great Chromebook- very easy to set up and easy to use. Did a lot of research on Chromebooks before making this purchase. Bought on sale - great value.

Screen is crisp, bright, and very high resolution. This is as nice as any Windows PC and to me is top-of-the-line in terms of Chromebooks. Lenovo's build quality shows through here. When tilting the screen back into tablet mode, nothing about the construction feels flimsy or plastic (like it would break). The keyboard has that great Lenovo feel as well, and the trackpad is not a pain in the butt to use. Study, solid, but lightweight. I would HIGHLY recommend this Chromebook to anyone who is looking!!!!

Great machine for a great price. I've been using Chromebooks for years. This one is amazing... plenty of speed and storage.

I was looking for something that would allow me to more-so use it as a tablet, but I liked that this also had the keyboard built in so I could use it as a laptop. Since I was planning to mostly use it for school as a tablet for notes and doing questions, I didn't need any crazy features. Once I got it, the key immediately broke to the point where they completely replaced it, which I was very appreciative of. Once I started using it as a tablet, I noticed that it would read my hand and the pen, which would just end with me making the screen bigger/ smaller due to it trying to read both my hand and the stylus. I can't find anything online that'll allow me to turn on/ off palm recognition, which I find annoying. There are also not many options to find a hard shell to protect the keyboard when in tablet mode, which is another of my concerns since a key broke so quickly on me. If I was able to turn off palm recognition this Chromebook would honestly be perfect. But since I'm not able to touch the screen at all with my hand when writing, I find it annoying and pointless to use as a study object.

I totally liked the customer service they have there, as well as the ease of purchasing a product. On the other hand, I loved the product I bought, it is everything I was looking for.
