I got this laptop because of the specs and the price for it. The specs sound good and all but for some reason the internet speed is performing slow and it's not my connection at all. The keyboard and keypad setup is also not comfortable. The screen size is big though which is a good as well as a bad as it is heavy too. I will be returning if speed continues to run slow.

Everything was fine for the first two days after that I started to get blue screens every 10 minutes and with up to 4 with a different error messages. Returned to store immediately .

I have a lenovo and love it. This model started freezing up and got to the point it wasn't usable. When I went to return it, the store no longer carried that model.

I'm totally dissatisfied with this PC as it has a lot of hardware issues. Something that I did not expect. Very poor.

Bought this laptop yesterday (before it went on sale today...doh!!) and powered it up today. Did the normal setup. I will eventually replace the hard disk with a SSD in due time. The computer itself is mainly for basic duties. The screen is TN based so it isn't the most colorful and sharp out there. However, there is a HDMI port so you can hook it to a bigger and better monitor. I'm going to use this for Serato DJ and not photo / video editing so color quality isn't important for the use it is intended for. I don't like laptop keyboard and mouse setups so I have a wireless usb keyboard and mouse. These units tend to fly off of the shelves and they will for sure when they are on sale. So far, no problems. I'll do a follow-up review later on.

I was shopping for a laptop to replace my desktop. I wanted to have a good sized screen and an Intel processor. This unit fit the bill. So far its working like a charm. No start up problems. Screen is clear and keyboard and touch pad work fine. It is a laptop not a tablet so it does weigh some but I expected that.

So far so good. My old windows 7 laptop was getting very slow, so I saw this Lenovo at a great price and went for it. The windows 10 browser, the edge, has a learning curve, and less controls, so may switch to chrome. I use this mainly for traveling and love the 17" screen for my photo albums. The computer seems very, very fast, once the seemingly nonstop updates are completed. Only negative is the flimsy dvd tray, but only needed to use it once.

My niece loved the laptop she is in high school and enjoying it. I do know that it is 17.3 screen, but the laptop not much heavier. I got it for $380 plus taxes. Not a bad choice.

I just love everything about this laptop! So easy to use with Windows 10 and the colors are so vibrant and alive with the HD screen. The sound is awsome as well! Most laptops concentrate on features and file size, this laptop has all that plus dynamic sound in "Dolby".. I can turn up the volume to about half of the max and that is loud enough. Most laptops you have to turn up to 100(max volume) and wonder where the rest of the sound is? Awsome laptop, all categories hands down!

I'm having a real hard time with the touch of the keyboard. The touch pad does not work at all. I had an old mouse I used to set the computer up. Been on hold for Geek Squad for an hour. I will be returning this laptop for a LT with a touch pad that works. I read the reviews and was very excited about the laptop. So disappointed right now.

I bought this laptop on sale at $379.99 for use with a Pioneer DJ Controller DDJ-SX2 and I'm very happy with the performance. I was bullying the store employee that he wouldn't be able to find a Core i5 with 8GB of ram under $500 and I crashed and burned. For my surprise it also had 1TB hard drive and a DVD drive. I'm very happy he help me find my Unicorn.

Nice configuration for the price. Bit bulky. Sounds great. Great value for money

Really needed a laptop at a reasonable price. Wish it was a 15 inch screen but we work together just fine..
