    Bloatware, poorly manufactured

    I purchased a Lenovo y50 in February 2015 from Best Buy. I immediately spent over an hour disabling and removing bloatware. I don't think I ever got it all. Within a few months I had to replace the 1 TB hybrid drive with a solid state drive after several hours of reading Lenovo support forums and attempting software and BIOS fixes. Lenovo wouldn't replace the drive because they claimed the software fixes worked. They didn't. A little over a year after purchase, three months after the warranty expired, the hinge connecting the screen has busted along with the screen itself just due to normal opening and closing. This was my last purchase of a Lenovo product: customer service and support, manufacturing and design quality, and product durability were all extremely poor.
