This is a great buy for the price. I use mine daily and love it.

Haven't been able to get this computer to work with Edge, IE or Chrome web browsers! I don't know how good the machine is because I can't stay on websites long enough to see how it performs. The browsers will work OK for a little while and then freeze up. A couple of sessions with the Geek Squad have initially helped but then back to the same issues after a short time. Going to have to take it back to the store to see if they'll downgrade to Windows 8.1.

Great PC for the price does all I need it to do...

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. I have returned the original computer and received a new one, bc the first one completely crashed the first day I set it up. The second one kicks us off of the internet every few minutes even though we are on the other side of the wall from the router. It is slow and definitely NOT worth the money.

We needed help getting things set up to our preferences. After help from the Geek Squad, we were able to fully enjoy.

Bought this for use at church so that I can have multiple tabs open at one time.

I was in the market for a new computer for awhile and this was an open box deal and I could not be happier.

In the 3 days the product did a online update and stopped working there after. Just keeps flashing a blue screen without going back to the home screen.

This item arrived on time and was exactly how it was described.

I bought this PC to replace my mom's old machine for basic use. It performs extremely well and is whisper quiet. It's a slightly smaller tower than usual ones as well. Great pc for the dollar!

Bought this during a Black Friday sale to replace a 9 year old WinXP desktop that is no longer supported. The differences between the two is amazing in terms of start up time, speed, and quietness. The first thing I did was to remove the security suite and switch to Windows Defender which speeds up the boot time. Boot time is very quick compared to my old XP machine. I use the built in wifi and the internet is very fast and responsive. There is no case fan, just a fan in the internal power supply which makes things very quiet. Win10 is foreign to me and takes time to get used to. Cortana ("Ask me anything") is helpful in that regard. The bad: Although there are 2 USB 2.0 ports on the front there are only 4 USB ports on the back. The USB keyboard and optical mouse take up 2 ports which leaves only 2 ports available for peripherals. The only USB 3.0 ports are back there where they are inaccessible to flash drives, ect. If you want to use USB 3.0 shouldn't they be on the front? The way to remedy this is to get a USB 3.0 hub with a long enough cable to reach the front of the machine. Still, wouldn't it have been nice if Lenovo was more thoughtful about such things?

Purchased 7 of these towers and all have setup to windows properly. They are faster then the AMD e10 and much faster then the Pentium lower priced system at usually $100 less. The keyboard and mouse are nice and a clean update to the many PC's sitting out there in the Offices that I have been in. With Windows 10 already pre-loaded they are a great inexpensive upgrade where Windows 10 purchase to upgrade your old pc would cost around $130.00 and the time or money it would take to upgrade them this system is the answer. Thanks Best Buy for having a system that is affordable.

This computer was very affordable for my needs. Great for basic things like photo editing and browsing online. Has worked perfectly and been fast so far. No complaints.
