Screen size helps. but have to adjust apps to match screen size. BUT there are some areas of of a window are VERY VERY tiny. what is causing that. Will review this issue later. Have to install all software so will review this later when completed.. Don't like the keyboard or mouse that comes with this pc.

I bought this Lenovo 4K All in one machine yesterday at the Best buy near me and the geek squad performed all the set up for free because I took the one year protection plan which I recommend and only waited 2 hours to make sure that the computer performs all the features I required and I'm satisfied with the performance hoping lenovo will provide a better keyboard with backlit....

The computer is awesome and very sleek design for Lenovo. However, FRESH out of the box and it already had problems with the display. I booted them computer up the first time, set it up, got to the main desktop and it restarted on its own. Upon restarting, the entire monitor is completely black. The computer is obviously on, and the hard disk indicator light is showing activity, however the screen is entirely black with no display, no sound, and no options for recovery. Have no idea what the problem is, it's just a real pain to haul this heavy SOB back into to the store to have it worked on.

I purchased this with great excitement. I mostly do everyday things, with an evergrowing photo collection. I bought Adobe creative cloud and was ready to go. Fired it up and was shocked at how bad the text looks. I have tried many different settings. I don't know if it is a scaling thing? I love everything else about the unit. Photos look great. I dont game. The text issue is varies. Some apps, it looks fine... others - terrible. Also, some apps don't scale well at all on the 4K screen. May return the unit and get a laptop I can plug a second monitor in for my photo work.

This computer is very aesthetically pleasing and has great specs. The 4k screen is very nice and the accessories work great. However... 1. This computer constantly is crashing citing a graphics card error. Simply browsing the internet or typing a Word document and the screen will constantly be crashing. 2. The computer will not let me install updates and programs are constantly freezing and crashing. The only programs I have installed are Kaspersky protection suite and Microsoft Office suite. **One day I turned on my computer and attempted to create a Word document only to find that the computer had deleted the entire office suite! There is no trace it ever existed. 3. Simple tasks such as opening a program take a ridiculous amount of time. For a solid state hard drive, opening Windows Explorer takes on average 5 MINUTES!!! I have nothing saved on this computer! I took my computer into Best Buy and paid $150 and they said that they could not find any problem. I will be returning this computer. DO NOT BUY

I purchased this computer for family use, and it's been everything we could have hoped for! Graphics are great, screen size is huge!

Got home from best buy and immediately set up the computer. Failed to reboot. Screen just went blank. Called technical support, tried several things, spent 3 hours on this computer, no luck. He then gave me a phone number and address to have it serviced. Took it back the very next day. WASTING TIME & MONEY.

I returned the product after a week. I wouldn't suggest buying this computer or a Lenovo product in general. The quality of the speakers is horrible. Every time I logged in after the computer had been in sleep mode for a few hours, there was a connection issue to my wifi. I re-installed the drivers and restored it to factory condition, still didn't work. I had to end up reconnecting every time. There was a tiny piece of something under the screen, a fleck of some kind, and it wasn't a dead pixel. I had a Lenovo laptop prior to this(Y50), and it had a horrible screen, speakers and the worse touchpad I've ever used. I had issues with it and contacted Lenovo CS which was really bad. I didn't want to have to go through that for a speck and wifi connection issues. I thought I'd give them a second chance because of the price and specs but nope. Go with ASUS if you want good build quality.

Bought one, returned it and traded for another....same problem. The computer goes through its updates and then BAM... no display. It can not find the display monitor anymore. Connected external monitor, and computer working fine. Downloaded and upgraded all drivers to the latest, even a few versions back, and still no monitor. Why have an AIO if I have to use external monitor. Very disappointed. No matter what I did, the monitor on the system never came back again. Definitely some driver mismatch causing it not to be discovered, but PITA to return two units now. There should be some quality control to ensure the setup of these computers work out of the box with the drivers.....ARGHHH. Never been disappointed before by Lenovo product or Best buy, but this was frustrating and bad when I spent Xmas and next day working constantly trying to get this to work,

I went back and forth on the model to get my husband for Christmas and decided on this one. I was excited to finally have set this up yesterday...only to have the exact same issue where the screen went blank after set up. I spent 45 minutes on the phone waiting for a Lenova rep to answer, never got thru. I decided to call the geek squad to verify I wasn't missing something before having to bring it back to the store. As I was on the phone I read the reviews from the last 2 customers which was helpful since at first I thought I may have gotten a lemon...but obviously there is a bad batch somewhere. I will be bringing it back today and WON'T be getting another one...not worth the hassle!

Easy to setup and use. Can use as touch screen or with wireless mouse.

overall I thought this was a good computer until a ran a few games like minecraft it WAS HORRIBLE it can barely run 30 fps. I'm returning it for another PC. I thought it was going to be a good computer becasue it says gtx 950, but it's not it's a gtx 950A.

I am very pleased with this purchase. My husband spends at least two hours each morning reading the news on the computer. Great visuals and speed.

Replaced keyboard, mouse, mother board, and more over the course of nine months. First problems popped up after one month out of the box. I purchased a new wireless keyboard/mouse set because the keyboard kept scrolling letters and numbers without touching the keys. At month six, the internal modem had to be replaced; lost its wireless capability. At the same time, the mother board was replaced. One month later, same issues. Had to restore, and lost everything. In 30 years of owning computers, I have never had such a finicky piece of garbage, going back to my first system with a floppy boot disc. I am ready to make the move to Apple.

Bought a Geek Squad Certified unit yesterday. During set up the computer restarted. However, the screen went black and never came back. Returned and were given a replacement. Same trouble. We have now wasted 3 hours traveling to and from store and setting up. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I decided to purchase a Lenovo AIO 700 for my mother to replace her aging Mac after reading good reviews. Best Buy had a Geek Squad "Certified" for sale in my area, so, having had great luck with computers from Dell[s Outlet, I decided to give Best Buy a try. Big mistake. While the computer arrived quickly via UPS, it didn't work out of the box. The enclosed Geek Squad checklist verified that WIFI had been tested, but it clearly didn't work. My troubleshooting call to Geek Squad lasted less than 5 minutes as they quickly scheduled a replacement (I assume they had seen this issue before; and, I had read about similar problems with this machine though it didn't seem to affect too many people). So far, so good- My one star rating is both for receiving a bad machine which was allegedly tested, and for what happened next... I waited until the morning of the day Best Buy had promised the replacement would arrive. Having received no email or tracking notifications, I called Best Buy to verify the replacement's arrival. The second agent to help me during the call (the first put me on hold and never returned) explained that my replacement was not due for a full 4 weeks later... I canceled the order on the spot and will not buy from Best Buy again.

Upgraded to this computer and upon setup it said it had to restart and then came back on with frozen black screen. Called lenovo said it had to be in motherboard. I returned it for a replacement with same kind and same issue happened again. After back and forth to store and 1100 dollars u would think lenovo would compensate. But now back to store for a different machine! Do not buy this computer!!!!

The All-in-One AIO 700 computer screen went completely black shortly after purchase. I can use an external monitor to display, but the computers own 4k screen will not respond and remains pitch black. Reinstalled video drivers, no luck. I am not a novice; I have successfully built working computers. I am returning this one; will purchase another brand. I highly un-recommend this computer.

After purchasing, the specs on the graphics card is GTX 950A, NOT A 950.Looking up the specs of the 950A, here is what is on NVIDA site: We recommend the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950A for gaming with highest details at resolutions up to, and including, 1280x720. Why would they put in a graphics card in a 4K monitor that can only support great quality up to 1280X720. Taking it back to store.

Just like others, I have the same display problems. Surprised that BB would even keep this on the shelf when it has the problems both discussed here and on support sites on the Internet. Returned the unit. Would not buy again unless I for sure knew that the driver problems are solved.
