ok but i expected so much more

I was happy that it was 4k capable and that I di dnot have to buy an external cd drive. I was not happy with this ALL in one . first of all tech support is nearly impossible through chat. You try to do a call back , then you find out your product is not on the list for call backs they have a chat or pop up for sales on every screen but it takes me forever to reach someone for tech support. I think i have to take my all in one back because i think the HDMI ports are bad no response from any otf them , Instructions are hard to find on this one. NO BOOKS THe product has a nice look , many usb ports I ad to get my keyboard replaced Twice . I purchased an ALL in one when they first came out and I would still rate that one that i bought in 2010 over this one

My only complaint is they could have improved the keys that adjust the sound..Set up was super easy. Don't understand why you need the dongle if the computer has Bluetooth.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the IdeaCentre 700-24 All-In-One system. With regard to the wireless keyboard and mouse needing a dongle, the keyboard and mouse are not Bluetooth. The concern was that if the keyboard and mouse were both Bluetooth, their signal might interfere with any other Bluetooth device you might try to connect with. Not using a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse then requires the need for the dongle. We didn't go internal with the receiver because the receivers are dedicated to the specific keyboard and mouse, so if you ever need to replace the keyboard and mouse, it is easy to do so.

Supposed to be Great

In actual usage, games tend to freeze when they run fine on my older machines. Wifi connection disconnects often and wifi menu disappears- have to restart multiple times to get back wifi. Don't see the 4K resolution diffference.

Ive tried all of the updates from Lenovo and from Nvidia but it still crashes. The computer continues to work but that notification is very annoying.
