    Easy install really fast processor. Sales team was most helpful. I called Lenovo for a question on Windows. They gave me a quick answer. I turned in an older HP computer that was requiring the recovery key. The Geek Squad researched it and also concluded we needed a new computer.

    Very impressed with the speed. Computer boots up almost instantly. This computer is going to be used for school work. Chrome hasn't slowed down even with 10 tabs open. I'm actually impressed with everything about it. Nice looking too.

    The sale person at Best Buy advised that we add 8GB of memory to run Windows more efficiently, which we did. The computer seems to be working well so far. Only using it for light use at home.

    Keeping it simple; no super gaming features. Also had a DB15 connector (VGA) which is what I wanted due to my having 3 working LCD flatscreen monitors.

    The purchase and transference of what was on my old CPU to the new was great. A couple of normal hiccups, but otherwise the techs are great and personable at the Geek Squad via phone and in the Best Buy Union City Store. I have been a total member for sum years. The additional Total Membership Plan is really a very valuable asset to have. Great Job, Best Buy.

    Good overall, I was trying to connect both my monitors but realized it only had one HDMI port. Will have to invest in a dock station. Besides that it has been functioning well

    Everything works fine. The only problem was Webroot was not loaded and it wanted me to sign up and pay for plan Lenova suggests.
