    The computer is working fine except for the sound. The sound seems to be low and no way to adjust. The color is good. The size fits.

We are happy to hear that the IdeaCentre 3 Desktop is working well but we are disappointed to hear about your troubles with the sound design. We aim to provide excellent user experience for our products, and we would like to recommend a few solutions to your issues.

      Firstly, the IdeaCentre 3 Desktop does not have built-in speakers so the issue may lie with the external speakers that you are using with the desktop. We recommend checking that the audio cables are fully seated and checking with the manufacturer on possible solutions.

      Secondly, please ensure that all available updates are installed through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings. These updates can correct audio drivers leading to enhanced sound quality. To check for updates in Lenovo Vantage, start by launching the Lenovo Vantage app and selecting the “Check for updates” button on the right-hand side of the homepage. To check for Windows Updates, start by launching the Settings app, then selecting the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, finally select the “Check for updates’ button located in the top right of the page. After these updates are installed, please restart your device to ensure all program files are properly
