Great quality and price!! Had to go to Bloomington store but was worth the trip!!!

Two different models exist of this desktop. The model on Bestbuy lacks ddr5 ram. Lenovo carries this item 90X1000AUS, that has ddr5 ram. Price on Lenovo website is cheaper than Bestbuy. Better off buying from Lenovo with ddr5 ram.

A little slow but only has 8 gb ram. Adequate for price.

Easy set up. System works nicely for what I need it for, just a simple home desktop. My only disappointment was that it doesn’t come with preloaded speakers.

One word Junk Sorry I bought it. USB ports on front work when they want to, and that's not often.

I won't review the item--I'm sure it's great, because it's a Lenovo. I will review the service I had from the West Lebanon NH Best Buy Store, which was HORRIBLE. I asked to have my files copied from my old CPU to the new Lenovo IdeaCentre 3. Whoever did the work just swooped all my files into a "Download" that didn't reflect the folders I had organized my files into, and which also included gobbledeedgook files that were unrecognizable. The stores policy is not to be reachable by phone, so I was left with this CRAPPY WORK from your associates and no recourse, except for possibly one phone call from someone who did not leave a message and has never called me back. So much for the quality of ASSOCIATES at the West Lebanon store and their MANAGEMENT.

It been a task to get the correct type of RAM to purchase to upgrade. I was given the incorrect type of RAM and purchased from an online representative. Then I had to wait several days because it was not in stock. I should have bought it from Amazon, but the online representative did price match Amazon but didn't tell me that it was basically out of stock and that it would be a delay of several days. Now I have to reorder the correct RAM. I will not purchase it from Best Buy. If the online representative did not know he should have said he didn't know what type was actually required.

The performance of this desktop is pretty good. Watching videos or browsing internet or working on the office tools are not an issue. It felt like a breeze. One cannot compare this to a high performance or gaming desktop. This desktop does its job really well as expected with 8 GB of RAM. We can probably increase the RAM to another 8 gigs but not sure if we can increase it more than that. Also one should be mindful of the height of the RAM. There is not much space for a RAM that is bigger in size due to hard disk cage that is present above the RAM slots. Final Verdict: This desktop that comes with an Intel i5 14th Generation processor is one of the powerful desktops that is compact yet powerful with options for upgrades that makes this laptop more flexible for the day-to-day activities without compromising on the quality. Lenovo has made sure this desktop is versatile and has all the required features including multiple ports, support to card readers as well as support for both wired and wireless connectivity. I would definitely recommend this desktop to anyone who is looking for a mid range desktop.

Black screen again. After screen a saver. This one lasted the longest before it broke.

Without a doubt, this is a solid and very good option for a daily use PC... I'm talking about daily use like browsing the web, YouTube, social media, emails, etc... The Intel Core i5 14400 is very good and up to date... 8GB DDR4 RAM is not much but more than enough for good performance without any problems "for the aforementioned "basic daily use"... if you're looking for something at an excellent price... I think you'll never regret it, this is a very good and solid option... 5 stars for Lanovo here.

Great computer easy to handle. easy access to the panels and connection to external speakers is great. this little compact computer is the ideal size I was looking for.

Desktop turn out to be really good with a good price. Works really good and was easy to set up. This is a top notch computer.
