But when I turned it on the next day, it would not sign in to Windows. It kept asking me for my language and keyboard setup choice. It would never go further than that. I called Best Buy and was told to bring it right back as they had been receiving complaints (three on that day alone) for my same machine. Best Buy took it back with no problem and chose to,purchase a different computer from Best Buy.

The Geek at the store turned it on and couldn't seem to figure it out either. Possibly it was a lemon to begin with. I exchanged it for the hp computer and it works great.
