Bought these for an office setting, snappy performance for usual spreadsheet or word processing applications. Fast web browsing. Intel i3 is more than enough horsepower for everyday tasks, average RAM and hard drive space make this a strong entry level machine.

I was looking for a desktop with good processor power. The Ideacenter 300 has better than average computer power and benchmarks above many of the I5 desktops and just about all of the I5 laptops on the market. A good purchase for the mid-range users.

My daughter installed this for me, and I have had no issues with it.

The optical drive is flimsy (laptop-style tray-loading) and the rubber feet tend to fall off. Other than that, it's a decent computer: Quite, compact, good performance for the money.

Excellent computer for the price. I added 8 GB of RAM and now its as fast as I would like it to be.

This computer is very user friendly. I really like the speed. Cortana is pretty amazing. Cortana emailed while I was at work to give me more info on what I had been looking at the night before online.

This is the perfect computer for grandma. She does not use the internet for "surfing", but does use it for e-mail and facebook. She also plays an on-line game on it. This computer is SO much faster than her old one.

I bought it for our living room smart tv and it's mainly used to stream shows and movies, so I can't really comment on how it handles other applications, such as gaming. Initial setup was easy and quick. One issue I noticed was that sometimes when we leave the computer on sleep and turn it back on, web browsers and windows would not open or respond, and the computer would have to be restarted. Now, we shut it down every night after use and it seems fine.

I am enjoying my new PC, It functions well and takes up less room on my desk. I am liking the extra perks, like Pandora for music, the allergy pollen count for the day, the many games that are offered free of charge. It also seems to work much faster I trkuly like it.

My HP desktop died. (It didn't last very long) I thought I'd try another brand, so I searched Best Buy.com and found this Lenovo 300s tower, very small, but very powerful. Best buy I ever made. Very satisfied.

I really didn't know what to expect when I purchased this computer, but was very pleased with how easy and fast it operates. Really like how much easier it is to complete task than my 9 year old unit. Should have done something sooner.

As described, it is fast. 3.7ghz fast. Lightweight and slim. The 5.0ghz ac wireless is much faster than a b/g/n wireless. To me it is worth the price.

Easy to set up. The documentation however did not mention the wifi antenna but it was easy enough to figure out. I had some problems getting the VGA to connect to large monitor but the HDMI connection works perfectly.

This unit is great for data entry or an added computer in your office network or home.... good size and reasonably fast.

Purchased four of these units for friend as part of a larger purchase. Friend needed the PCs for his business and we found them on sale at BN. We were very lucky because the sale was over after labor day but BB forgot to revert the price so they had no choice but to honor the displayed price. Definitely a bargain. Disclaimer- I am more of a Mac user personally.

great price for the hardware. This is a good deskstop for most basic needs (internet, word processing, music).

It is small size computer which save a lot of area on my desk for work. The speed of the computer is reasonable for normal office work and graphic are very smooth when I used the software for drawing and do the measurement at work.
