A Best Buy Associate helped me to pick out a computer that was within my budget and a little faster than the lower model, then he escorted me over to the Gook Squad Team where they transferred all my information from my old computer and put the Trend free security on the new computer, then Geek Squad come to my house and sets up the computer making sure it is working before they leave. I am sole on Best Buy, Geek Squad and my new computer!

I needed a new desktop pc...

Straight out of the box this unit was running in about 10 minutes after logging on with my Microsoft account. I use this for my grandchildren and as a back up for my laptop.Syncing these two was a piece of cake. I did switch the corded keyboard mouse that came with the unit to the cordless units I had. Other than that, I have not changed anything else.

At first my PC turned off on its own. I thought I had a dud, it turns out the power button gets stuck half way up/down. So I just make sure that it is fully 'clicked' out to avoid any problems

Two suggestions: for Lenovo to include a HDMI video out option in addition to the VGA, and to have a slightly more capable CPU - to properly utilize the other features that are available. Machine seems a bit slow, and choice of displays is limited by not having DVI or HDMI outputs.
