I had this computer for 8 days and the log file showed over 10,000 incidents with over 3,000 errors and at least 20% of them were critical errors. I used to be a Desktop Support Specialist Tier Three for some government offices as well as a Private University. Worst of all was the support of best buy as I spent well over 15 hours on the phone trying to straighten out my purchase to no avail. The proverbial last straw was when I was told that it seemed to be my problem having purchased a lemon that made my mind up to return it from whence it came. This was the first time I ever had a problem with any purchase from best buy and there is no way it will ever happen again as I am outta here.

It meets all the needs of the desktop at home and then maybe some more.

Very happy. I bought on a whim because the price was soon good. Have been very happy .

I bought the Lenovo for the affordabiilty. I've got a feeling there are better options with better operating features. But for what I do with my computer, I'm satisfied.

Unit is relatively fast and serves all my computer needs

This machine was a nightmare out of the box, occasional black screen, monitor port was also an issue. Returned this machine to the store for a different model.

came to best buy for just a tower for home. the salesman was very helpful and took the time to answer all my question about different towers. ended up buying this one and it was a open box which was in perfect condition. very happy with my purchase. Great job !!!!!

After purchasing the computer, the second day of use machine locked up. After calling Lenovo they suggested a clean sweep to factory settings. Reset machine, again it locked up two days later. I know Lenovo has a good reputation but this unit was a lemon. Will be returning it and buying another brand.

Stop working after 45 days bad power supply, switch and anti virus software

I thought this would perform better for what I was using it for(video editing). Decided to return it.

It's a fine computer when it's not shutting off by its self and restarting again and again.

Would have given it a higher rating but a month in it "froze". and all my few paltry tricks to stun it back didn't work. Called best buy and they told me to bring it back in. Not my favorite way to spend a Saturday. Long story short....it just needed a car ride to reboot the battery????

Unfortunately, half of the apps on the computer did not work right from the start. Even windows explorer stopped responding and crashed. Must have been a bad OS install. Not sure if this was a widespread issue or if I just got a dud. I returned this computer and got a different one.

The computer already died. Did work about several hours totally. I'm very disappointed. The PC just did not start at January 1 2016. It was good New Year surprise. Now I'm looking for ability to fix a this piece of equipment or return it.

After the initial pains of set-up, this computer has been the best I have ever had. I would highly recommend Lenovo products.

The assistant at Best Buy recommended this computer for my needs, and it has easily met and surpassed my expectations.

The date and time has never worked and Lenovo support kept me on the phone for nearly three hours and promised to send a tech. They never called or came.

Lenovo brand is usually great, but not this one. On the 4th time using would not even start up and crashed. Had to return.

It's a great gaming desktop! Just enough memory space.
