Got 2nd Lenovo, paid to have Geek Squad to install MS Office 2016 and my Security. I still had to install MS Office 2016 via Microsoft .This PC still decides whether or not it want to turn on or not and it takes up to 5 minutes to turn off. Too many problems, probably will not buy another Lenovo. Called Lenovo, not very helpful.
