Had systems for only a year before hard disk went bad. Had problems trying to get technical information on repairing it.

Die after 1 month of use

The first one we returned and the second we called IBM to repair it. It took them 3 months for them to replace the unit. So I would not recommend this machine.

Another thing is that you keep telling me to install the antivirus software. How do you know if I've installed it unless you are accessing my computer?? I do not intend to install it.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this tower and within 8 months it was saying an error message that it was over heating and would shut down. the fans were working just fine. ended up being the "mother board" which since it was so new, couldn't get parts for it at any store. ended up having to ship it out to repair. luckily was under warranty. however, this computer is used for a business and they were going to need it for a month, so ended up having to buy a whole new tower anyways.
