I was looking for a PC that I could surf the web on and it was fine for that, but the overheating has caused this purchase to be useless.

The monitor I got with it lasted like 35 days and that went out also, had to buy another monitor. Comp was okay well it worked, but just cheap material and now useless.

So far so good for about 5 wks. now.

Yeah, there were a few negatives but surely it would happen to me, right? Wrong! I purchased 2 of these same pcs, the one that I rarely used wouldn't work anymore. I turned it on but wouldn't recognized monitor, tried another monitor, same thing. I turned off pc, rebooted it, then the on/off button wouldn't light. I only had these pcs for 2 months! I called Best Buy as it was still under warranty, the first Best Buy Customer Service guy hung up on me. I called back, the next Best Buy Customer service guy set me up with the Geek Squad! I brought it in, he hooked it up on a monitor, nothing happened. He told me he couldn't guarantee that the hard drive would survive, I asked him if I could download stuff on pc as I had purchased programs, he said that would be a $100 charge, I said no. He sent it back to manufacturer and told me it was still under warranty, he thought it was the motherboard. I went home, immediately set up an external hard drive on the other same model that I use everyday. I know this pc was slow, but I thought it was because I got what I bought. Any day now, I am looking for the other same model will fail on me as well. Hopefully, it will fail still under warranty. I went to read customer reviews for this pc and I see that many are failing. To anyone thinking about this pc, I would keep looking.

I asked him how it's working for him, He said it does what he needs it to do and is very happy with it. Not any games beyond Facebook. Bottom line well worth the money for what it does in his studio and surfing the web.

Great PC for entry level

My husband is the primary user, but I set it up and I like it. It is powerful enough for our general use and it was very easy to set up. I like the smaller foot print because it fits easily in our shared office space. We purchased a monitor before the desktop but, so far, everything works in harmony. We have used it for just 2 weeks and I hope the next 4 years are as good
