I purchased a couple Lenovo machines and i am pretty happy with them. Some memory lag, so i will upgrade the RAM. Overall a great value.

It was time for my old Gateway All-In-One to go, so I just wanted a simple computer. This Lenovo met my needs for the price I was willing to pay. The downside is that it comes with Windows 10; I do not like it - I've lost a lot of functionality of accessories (printer/scanner), it took me several days to make critical features of my security software work, etc, etc. I wish it had Windows 7 on it; I don't know what the wizards at MS were thinking with Win 10 - maybe it'll grow on me over time.

Easy hardware set up, speed & ease of software was a bit lacking. Took a few days to get it to where I needed it to be, and I don't need much. Overall, decent for the price.

A little slower than I was use to so I only use it for basic computing. I had it for about 30 days when the Lenovo self scan software popped up & said there was a hardware failure. Good thing as I am bad about running scans. Lenovo said to take it back to Best Buy for repair. They ran a scan which showed the same failure ( hard drive was bad). Best Buy had to send it in to Lenovo to get it repaired. I was told it would take 4 days to 4 weeks to get it back. You can track the status of the repairs. The pros were the price & the guarantee is good. The cons if the time it take to get it repaired.

Wanted to upgrade my parents' computer. These units are compact and ready to go. A good value for basic needs.

It is a little slow. office 16 has trouble loading. It may need more RAM to run Windows 10 and Office 16

A very good basic computer for web surfing and basic tasks. Inexpensive and works for what I got it for.

I bought a few of these computers to fill some empty desks at a business I was consulting for. They are great workhorses, as long as you don't expect to do any crazy graphical or cpu hungry programs with them. A little slow at first startup, but once you clean all the junk off of them, they work very well! And for the price, they are even better!

Good value for price. About what should be expected in terms of speed. lags at times. Installed Office and it works, but glitches often.

I was looking for a basic computer for email, Internet and word processing. Because of limited space in my office, I need the computer to be a small form factor. I'm glad to have found this Lenovo PC, it fits my needs perfectly.

I purchased the Lenovo PC Tower as an open box item, I had purchased a Dell PC from another online merchant and it burnt out on me in less than two months. As a WAH business owner, I needed a new PC asap, and my initial purpose at Best Buy was to get my previous PC fixed by Geek Squad who in turned my previous PC was not worth the repair (Costing more to fix). I pondered on that and decided to purchase a new one. I walked around looking for new PC's compatible to my business needs. However, became discouraged at not finding what I wanted.....the one of the Geek Squad reps, showed me the Lenovo in a cage (open box item) for an affordable price and just what I needed for work. I am thankful and grateful that he showed such a great product. I have had No problems with my Lenovo PC, its fully equipped and runs Windows 10. Only thing that I wish it came equipped with is two monitor connectors in the back. Other than that, Great product. Thanks Geek Squad and Best Buy.
