Cheap = Poor Quality

It was very slow from the start but thought it was my DSL service/router. The fan burned out yesterday and to recover my hard drive I'll need to buy a new fan or a new PC. Poor quality PC!!!

The store personnel were quite helpful. They were friendly & very knowledgeable. 5 stars for Natalie & Bruce at the Danvers,Ma. store. They were patient and did not talk down to me. It is simple to use and has a few features. The price was quite reasonable and it has enough speed and memory to do the simple activities such as reading email and downloading simple items from the net.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
