mother board fried the first time and CD writer the second time - both under warranty.

Within 3 weeks it had the blue screen of death. We took it in and my son had to spend 100 dollars just to get it to work again. It was nothing that he did it was the software that was loaded was missing files

Computer works well so far.Hopefully that's a good sign.Kids are able to use it easily.

it went out just as the warranty went out so is trash so I wont buy it again

Bought this for my elderly mother to replace her xp that finally died. She doesn't need a super powered machine so this was a perfect machine with current technology at a low price.

This is a new product to me and so far I have not had any bad issues.

Just went in knowing I did not want a laptop...Sales Girl was great! Product was easy to get up and running when I got home! NO COMPLAINTS!

slow but ok for basic computing needs, works for basic household needs

Purchased this machine for an employee to work at home on Saturdays, and it gets the job done. He uses it for Excel, Teamviewer, Hamachi, Outlook, and watches security cameras as well, and hasn't had any issues out of it.

I waited too late to take back to best buy so had to contact Lenovo...after 3 tech's could not repair computer Lenovo CSR Delfina Rivera (yes Delfina of Ripoffreport.com fame) was going to send me a replacement computer.....no further word from her and no computer......nothing don't buy Lenovo or this model and be warned their CS department is worthless.

Bought new 3 months ago, warnings pop up saying "cpu fan malfunction" Within one day pc will not even turn on. Brought it in told mother board is now shot, they could send it in and the co will let me know the cost I would need to pay to fix it, that this is NOT covered. The cost would be what we paid for it or more and it would be at least 2 weeks! PC has a 45mm fan in it. That would work on a small lap top! The fan did still run but when they put it in something this size this is what you get! Other parts I'm sure are just as poor! We are now out of $284 + $90 for our pc guy to set it up for us, as well as all the running around and not having a pc for over a week! If I could give less than a one star I would!

Seems rather slow considering we only use it for the internet.

This tower was a great purchase for my use. I don't use a desk top often so I didn't want to spend to much money, This worked perfect for use and my budget.

Great for an extra computer. Very easy to use Kids like it.

It's been great so far! It does just what I need it to. It's lightweight, sleek design, & super quiet! I would recommend to a friend that needed a computer for the basics & on a budget ! It's great!

A bit slower than expected. Not bad for general use.

This was a floor sample that and it was just what I needed at work to replace my 10 year old computer that finally gave up. I have been very happy with this computer for a nice back office unit.

There are some things that are harder to do on your tablet. Great computer for beginners or folks like me, who would rather do a spreadsheet on a desktop. Basically, that's all I'm using it for.
