You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. Just type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". Out of the box this PC is SO slow, it struggled to function with two tabs open on Firefox (and don't get me started with how it reacted to chrome operating). The problem is, my dad didn't tell me it was so slow until after the return period expired. So I threw some more memory into it, which helped, but there are times it still struggles. I would ONLY suggest buying this if you need it for the very most rudimentary tasks (basically email).

Interesting but too slow for me

Not a chance, A ten year old Dell was faster and better than this unfortunate thing... I can't explain why it was apparently a slow DUCK, but for me it was . In fact I kept thinking it broke , only to be told I was a fool by it amazingly waking up just before I placed in the hot water heater ... Unfortunately I had to waste my time .. So if you want an inexpensive slow boat and anchor , this is the best ticket I have seen since I bought an Atom powered laptop..

This computer seems to barely have enough space to hold windows 10, let alone anything else. All I did was change the background and check for updates and it lagged. Took a while for the internet browser window to load too. Kept testing it for 2 days but it didn’t seem to get any better so I returned it. There’s no way I could have worked from home on this computer all day. Might work for someone who only checks emails and ... well, that’s it. I should have expected that though with only 4GB and 1TB.
