Looks good on paper, not so much in practice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer looked really good on paper, but the performance was less than expected. It took forever to boot up every time, and overall it seemed very sluggish. I ended up returning it.

Posted .This is a fast system with its AMD A12-9720P processor and 12GB of RAM. It should boot to your Windows 10 desktop in less than 20 seconds. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

It does the job.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For a regular computer it’s ok the only two problems I find is that it shuts down by it self without asking wile it’s in use , and that it open pages too slow for a fast processor.

Loud computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my parents and found the system fan (or CPU fan) to be on the loud side. Looking inside, it had what I deemed to be low-quality parts, so I returned in favor of building one for the parents with quality parts.

Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like this computer. The specs aren't bad but the power supply is too small and I had nothing but trouble with this. Had to take it back.

Had issues .Geek squad tried twice to correct it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My old pc preforms better than the new one i bought and geek squad tried twice to correct the problem. Im back to my old pc now but have to run it on safe mode with interneting. At least i can type or comment on things again because the new one would not let me and if it did is was slower than anyone would tolerate. Could have been from letting the geek squad do there thing with it prior to me receiving it .Unknown what went wrong .

Worst computer ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bringing this Lenova desktop back to Geek Squad for 2nd time in a week. It keeps rebooting without any warning. Doesn't matter what program I'm using or if I'm online or what time of day. Husband's identical Lenova is doing the same thing. Per internet research, it looks like this is a common problem with Lenova. This is a new computer - purchased it only 5 or 6 months ago. Should not be having problems so soon. Real pain in the butt! Very disappointed in Lenova.

Awesome, Speedy Desktop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I shopped for the perfect desktop for months, I could not make up my mind. Finally, after much debate I bought this Lenovo desktop. I've never purchased this brand and was hesitant but I am so glad I went with it. This is a super speedy little devil. It was incredibly easy to set-up and I love it. My only complaint is that there are only 2-USB's on the back of the computer. I always hook up a 2nd monitor, then the keyboard . .didn't leave much room for other devices. I had to start hooking up peripherals on the front, which means I have to hang the door open. Not a problem, it just doesn't look as sleek with it hanging open. BUT, it is gorgeous and I LOVE how fast it operates. I purchased a Mac 2 years ago, and this thing blows it out of the water. I'm sold.

Horrible customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer came, obviously boxed well, as expected. Headphone/audio jack did not work. Was informed by Lenovo that customer is responsible for out of pocket shipping costs to have repaired. I have never had an electronic where I had to pay for shipping costs back to manufacture for defective equipment. I will never again purchase this brand.

tower stopped working in 8 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We are unhappy with the product. The tower stopped working in 8 months. this should not happen with a brand new expensive product. Of course this issue was not under the factory warranty. So out of our pocket it came.
