A good deal on a desktop computer

I stopped at Best Buy since we couldn’t wait for one to be delivered. I was surprised that there are few desktop models in the store but this one was on sale for a good deal. It was easy to set up and has worked well for us.

No keyboard, no mouse, no documentation. When y factor in the nuisance factor in getting everything together it wasn’t worth the reduced price.

It is taking my wife a bit to get used to Windows 10, but she is picking it up pretty quickly. As always you guys are awesome!

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

Will be a monster setup after these two replacements.

With my Norton subscription very easy to transfer all my files. Lenovo comes with McAfee so if your security is with another provider you need to remove the McAfee first.

The first week it ran perfectly and I was elated to finally have the computer that I needed! After that I couldn't turn it on without unplugging and plugging back in over several hours. After that I left it in "sleep" mode when not using. I contacted Lenovo on their chat line and was told to back up my info then do a factory reset and that MAY take care of the problem but they weren't sure (Lenovo Case: 2001872056). I also contacted the help line on their website as well. This is suppose to have a 1 year parts and warranty and not being a computer technician, I have no clue what I am doing. Not once was I told where I can take it or send it for repair or replacement. I had been putting it to "sleep" rather than turn it off as I need it everyday, however, I inadvertently powered it off. Now I can't get it to start back up! All I get is a message stating "ROM can not be found and will turn off in 5 seconds"! I can't afford to buy yet another one. HELP!!!!
