Bought this Lenovo after researching and comparing and looked like a good computer. The second day of very light use already noticed lagging and errors with programs closing. This progressed to having to, on a daily basis, do the Lenovo 60 second button push. Neither Lenovo software, Microsoft software, McAfee nor Malwarebytes found any issues. This all progressed to the computer freezing up, black screen, blue screen, etc. Basically rendering the unit useless for normal use.
Returned unit to the store and the return was fast and without any issues. Kudos to Best Buy customer service and Best Buy Naples!!
Already bought an HP Pavilion before returning the Lenovo to the store. Should have stuck with HP from the get go. Have an HP Sprout which has performed near flawless for over a year.
