Great product that has met all my needs and more....

Terribly slow when online. Takes forever for pages to load especially when there's pictures or videos. Even my email loads slow. Tried almost everything to make it faster but nothing's worked so far. Even more frustrating is that my wireless mouse won't even work (to try and close things out) while I hear things downloading in the background. There are some pages that don't have much of a problem loading but for the most part it's terrible. Wouldn't recommend.

The computer works okay but the sound does not work. I don't want to take the computer bac to exchange or fix because I would then have to pay to have it set up again.

I have had nothing but problems with this computer since I purchased it 30 days ago … Best Buy and Geek Squad said they cannot fix the problem with it, and will exchange it, but only if I pay the difference, because I purchased it on sale! Have had nothing but horrible customer service, and will never purchase another thing from Best Buy again!

Very quiet. Easy setup. The touch screen is nice. Watched some netflix and you tube and the picture and audio are excellent.

I was impressed with the knowledge of the sales person and the options I was offered.

If you're like me and don't know much about computers, then you've probably found yourself perhaps overwhelmed trying to find the right one for you. This one is it. Everything - the hard drive, CD/DVD, all of it - is on the back of the monitor eliminating annoying towers you have to find room for. Just put it on a desk where any ol' TV can fit and you're done. It's also fast, reliable and easy to use. You can use the mouse or just use the touch-screen feature, whatever you prefer. So glad I bought this.

Had this computer for a week. It really is fast to what i am used to. Would definitely recommend this to a friend. Quiet to boot!!

I love this computer. It runs fast, the screen is nice and big, video quality is excellent, and I really like the all in one. I have 2 dogs and a cat so it's nice to not have all those wires on the floor. I would highly recommend this computer.

We use this in our business and have no complaints so far. Display is bright and crisp, speed is good, and having touch screen is useful for our situation. Very happy with the pc.

I brought thus PC to replace my old Dell. I can honestly say it fits perfectly on my computer desk still leaving plenty of room for writing and typing. The 1Tb of memory has yet to be filled completely but it runs great. It moves perfect fast. Im still adjusting to windows 10.

The computer's hardware is solidly built. I like the USB keyboard and mouse so that there is no need to deal with lost connection and changing batteries. Screen is nice too. JBL speakers are loud (in a good way). Installation was easy (this was last night). But the headaches began this morning after I turned the computer back on. It worked fine initially. Then, Microsoft Edge web browser was not to respond to search commands. Eventually, it was acting up by closing up the browser immediately after it opened. I did web search using another computer to find help and fixes. Although there are tips for fixing this problem, they didn't work as I tried again and again. I ended up doing a system restore. Well, the system restore was initially not done successfully as it was stated on the screen. But somehow, it proceeded anyway. As soon as it was done, I used Microsoft Edge browser to download Google Chrome, and made it the default browser. So, lesson learned: Download another browser ASAP! Do not trust Microsoft Edge.

Purchased new monitor for new desktop works great.

I purchased this computer only a few months ago. Within days, it was incredibly slow and constantly having messages show up, such as "display driver stopped working." My computer often delays so badly that I just walk away. I've all but quit using it after only a few months. The only thing I have ever installed on this computer is the anti-virus, which to date has shown no sign of any virus. So it's not a virus or too much stuff installed. It's also not our internet connection, as our internet works fine on every other device. Suffice to say I am very let down by this purchase.
