With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

I have been using it for a month now and I absolutely love it. Internet is fast to respond, word and excel programs are great. I haven't had any issues from it yet.

The 27" screen is a great improvement over the average monitor. Having problems with the printer drives, though.

Check with the printer manufacturer's web site for the latest Windows 10 driver update. Delete the old driver and then install the latest version.

It actually looks like a 23 inch screen and not a 27 inch screen. I would say this is an OK computer if you are just starting out. I have always been an HP person. So that is always my 1st choice. No computer should be a i3 anymore. i5 - i7 should be the norm now. And when did everyone seem to start only giving 1TB, for most of us that is not enough. This machine gave me problems the 1st week I had it. Not only did I have to call Geek Squad 2 times, I also had to call Lenovo several times. The display would freeze; then my web browsing would freeze, programs wouldn't load. Also I don't like that you only get 1 port for a mic or external speakers, especially if what you are using is a 3.5mm jack. I know this may be the way things are now - but it suck. I should have taken it back, but GS put too much time and I put too much $$ into getting all the stuff from my old AIO into this machine. I will have to keep it now that it works better, but Lenovo left a bad taste in my mouth as far as future purchases.

Posted .There may be drivers that need to be updated. If you follow the link below, it will take you to Lenovo.com support - diagnostics. You can input your serial number and check for updates to your specific system.
Try uninstalling then reinstalling Chrome Browser after you install updates. Always back up your data before installing/uninstalling any programs.

Also, cannot play aftermarket cd games as Administrator permission is required and cannot get it solved. Questions and Answers file shows other customers having these same two problems.

Posted .If you currently have Norton Antivirus installed it will not let you turn Windows Defender back on. You can only have one antivirus program running/installed at a time. Norton is protecting your system.
