I went outside my comfort zone when I purchased this because I was looking at price and not quality. I'm an HP person, and should have stuck with what works for me. The computer gave me problems from day one. I called GS so many times, that it was crazy. I had to return it and eventually got an HP Envy 34-A010 Curved AIO. Now I'm happy.

Stopped working in 30 days and all my information was on the computer and I could not retrieve it. Store said they would charge us money to get our information back off it.

The computer crashed a little over one month after we purchased it. It is currently in to see if it can be repaired.

Bought this computer thinking it was great. It worked well until it froze up one day while my son was watching a movie. Then it would not boot up correctly and got stuck on the Lenovo main screen. After a few attempts to get it to work we had to send it to Geek Squad. Just make sure if you purchase this you get the best and longest protection plan! After problems from using it 2 months, I am sure we will be having more problems in the future.

Excellent 27" AIO for the price!

I researched many AIO's (All in One) before purchasing and am very pleased with this unit. For the $649 on sale price, there is no other 27" AIO with such a powerful processor. I used Passmark to compare CPU's (suggest you do the same) and this one with the i3-6100 had high marks. It is very fast, no lag, although it is only day 2 of using. This also has 8GB of RAM, which should be the minimum for any new unit. I will say that the resolution is Full HD (1920 pixels in width and 1080 pixels) and for this 24" monitor is enough but didn't see a comparable 24" AIO at significantly less costs. Now, I would have liked 1440 for the 27", but of course that would be hundreds more. The BB sale price has ended and is back to $799 as of this writing (Sept 4, 2016), and that would be a tougher decision. Get this unit on sale and you're golden.

My Lenovo AIO 700 has worked from Day 1 with no problems related to hardware or software failures. It looks beautiful on my desk and does everything I throw at it quickly. I really enjoy playing 4k videos from YouTube and listening to music through my AudioEngine computer speakers. I highly recommend this beautiful PC to anyone needing a desktop computer.

    The speakers have ZERO bass

This would be five stars but I've had two major problems. All of the music played on this system has ZERO bass on the speakers. The problem goes away when I use headphones or I hook up external speaker which defeats the purpose of an AIO. Another problem is that windows keeps trying to install candy crush and other stupid games. I had uninstalled these games several times before discovering that a service needed to be disabled to avoid this. I would return the system but I was able to fix all of the above problems.

Purchased this unit 90 days ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. I had to send it back to Lenovo 25 days after purchase because the operating system was corrupt. The video controller has been sketchy for the past 2 months. The screen flashes on and off. The Bose sound system sounds like two tin cans. This is the third Lenovo I have purchased and I assure you it will be the last.

    Large screen poor performance

I bought this computer to work in Excel only, some are fairly large spreadsheets, but the computer cannot handle them. The system has a tendency to lock up and crash. Another problem with this machine is that the 3.0 USB port on the side runs slow and the mouse has a tendency to skip across the screen when using it. However, if I use the 3.0 USB port on the back side of the monitor then the computer seems to work properly.

So far three trips back to fix and it's still not working. Each time it comes back, something else isn't working right. In the last three months we've only had it in our possession for about 2 weeks (in between being able to take it back in). Apparently Lenovo doesn't even know how to fix their own product. Will NEVER buy another Lenovo product.
