So far so good!! My only complaint is the free Office 365 Home. Once it expired, I purchased a Personal 365 code because I didn't need 5 computers. I had to create a new email to use that code.

This computer is very powerful. It is extremely fast and versatile!

This was a nice upgrade, because we were still on Windows Vista, so you can imagine the nice surprise once we started using the new computer.

Went to 3 stores on the west side of Houston, Tx. One store NO desktops. Second store two conflicting sales speeches. Bought this from the third store. Like the positioning of the USB, DVD, and Smart Card location - this ruled out the HP's. Performance is EXCELLENT!! Not a fan of Microsoft10. Loaded Office with no problem, but a 3 hour setup for the whole system can be a little much, Experiencing a slow to nonexistent response at times from the mouse. Our AOC screen display moved to the left 1". Displays can be chopped. When new desktops sleep, we have had to power off/on to wake them up. This happens with a DELL desktop as well. Operating system PROBLEM!! This is why the power off/on button is on the front of any and all PC's. I can deal with this, but my wife hates this!

Quick and easy set up, fast, quiet, no issues at this time

I've had several desktop computers over the years - still have to say Lenovo makes one of the best. Fast, up-to-date and seriously - "plug & play". Only took me about an hour to set up and install all my software and peripherals. Everything runs better, faster, smoother.

I needed to replace my Vista OS home desktop. This machine had the processor and hard drive space I needed and a video card. Easy to set up. I copied files from my old machine to an external hard drive I use for back up and loaded onto new machine. No problems making the transition except getting use to WIN 10. I am happy with this purchase.

got this tower by pure luck it was an open box buy, no big deal to me I needed a computer fast to do school work. My poor laptop was slowly dieing, so after school i went to Best Buy. When I got over to the computers and did a fast run through and was sad nothing in my cash range. Ok don't freak I thought and then a nice man that worked there came up and said can I help you. I said yes please, told him what I need as a bare min. He was like ok wait here I think we have this one in the back as an open box. I was like thank you lord. He came back said yep we do and they are puling it down now for you. I almost hugged him. the tower has been great other than the windows 10 thing giving me problems. all is good and I am sooooooooo happy.

This tower replaced my old Q8800 intel machine. The specs area very good for the price point. This is mainly used as a word processor and web browser with occasional light gaming. So far the experience has been pleasant, Windows 10 was fairly easy to pick up.

Everything I needed is in this computer. Thanks to the Best Buy staff members who helped me out with this purchase

this computer has a good speed and has been easy to figure out how to run.

Old 5 year old computer's motherboard fried due to a power surge. Looking for a quick replacement, the Lenovo matched my needs. Quick and easy setup.

Kids enjoy using this for school and games. Husband has not complained.
