bought a desktop for around 700. (saw it's on sale for 550) that ran a diagnostic telling me there's something wrong with my motherboard. a more detailed note gave me an error code that said it was the usb part. went around in circles trying to get an e-mail, phone number, etc. a note told me chat was unavailable for certain specified models (mine not listed but unavailable anyway. call bestbuys where I bought it. they said I could bring it in but they may have to send it away for a few weeks.

This is missing the DVI and DisplayPort outputs. Bought this in a pinch for work to run multiple TVs. When I went back to the store they sold me a 4 port HDMI switch to solve the problem. Come to find out that's not what a switch does. I'll be returning this computer.

I bought this several months ago and I waited to long to return it. This computer freezes up constantly and I am lucky to be able to get on line, I requested New but I think they sold me a return, I kept thinking it will work the bugs out but it never did, once in a while it will work like it should but not for long, I can hear the motor grinding and my modem's lights flickering like crazy. I have had several computers through the years but this is the first time I have had this kind of trouble.

Ok. This is my first bad review. I bought this open box model at a great price. Speed is what I needed for multitasking. Unfortunately the one star I gave it is because it has no wifi adapter capability even though this product specifically say it does. One star is given because it is fast when I do a straight wired lab connection. I'm still disappointed.

I would give it zero stars, but Best Buy won't let me. 5 months after I bought this, the power button broke; both Lenova and Best Buy REFUSED to honor the warranty and make the repair. It is a HEFTY paperweight, I might put a rope through it and use it for an anchor this winter.

Enjoyed this desktop till I decided to buy 3 monitors. Yes it does have 2 hdmi ports and 2 VGA ports, but here's the catch.... only 1 hdmi works and 1 vga port works. Lenovo only lets you use ONLY ONE of the video cards... So have two of each if you can only use one video card....

By far the worst computer I've ever owned or used. Locks up for no reason, and I have to do at least one hard reset daily. Awful. Terrible. Horrible. If you're into self abuse, then this might be the computer for you, otherwise buy something else.

My dad bought this computer in store open box and when we got it home it would only work for 15 minutes at a time before it would completely freeze and crash. Not worth the time or money.
