Bought it 6 weeks ago, about 2 weeks in the WHEA uncorrectable error came up downloaded the latest updates it got better for a little while but now it freezes all the time .

while the computer works OK the built in sound card is junk. I wanted to add a top of the line sound card but this computer only has a 250 watt supply. What computer manufacture these days does that. this think needs at least 600 watts to be competitive on the market. As I looked into up grading the supply I found that Lenovo uses a 10 pin plug from the supply to the mother board. All the power supplies conform to the industry standard of 24 pins. Research shows that no one builds a 24 pin to 10 pin converter harness. I guess I am screwed. Will keep it for a couple of years and then build my own. Thanks a lot Best Buy for not listing the power supply wattage in your sales specs!

If the computer is in screen saver it will freeze up. To get control you have to unplug it from the electrical wall plug. I should not be having this kind of problem on a brand new computer. It is useless.

After 35 days and numerous crashes the self test informed me the motherboard had failed. Returned it to best by where who sent it back to the factory for repairs. Not Happy

This tower lasted 24 hours and the power supply went out. I had to drive an hour and a half one way to take it back to my nearest Best Buy store and exchange for another computer. The reason I ordered to begin with was to avoid the drive. Ended up spending 3 hours to and back to get a computer that would work. Replaced with a Dell.

I finally decided to upgrade my laptop and i start to look at some desktops. I found this one and for the price look like a bargain, so I bought it but from the very beginning started to act weird. I installed Windows 3 times before I can actually used and the second day a warning from motherboard show up. Returned.

I brought two lenovo desktop to use inside my business. As soon as i can connect it, the two desktop can not get internet. great price if you are never going to surf the web.

I was sold this computer with the promise it would have the power to run everything I needed. I explained to the clerk that I would be out of town for a few weeks for work, and needed to trust him. By the time I was able to go through the the motions with the computer it was to late to return. Granted the computer is not a bad computer. Just going to avoid Best Buy from here on out due to being stuck with a computer that can not accommodate the one game I wanted to play. ARK. The product was fine for a computer it is a 3 star.

It worked fine for about 11 months. Then constant freezing issues. Took it to Geek Squad for warranty service. They found nothing wrong, and sent it for further service in Kentucky. They found nothing wrong with it. So, my pc that freezes within a few minutes of being on has nothing wrong with it. I have now replaced it with a PC by HP and I am hoping it lasts longer than a year.

I brought back because the mouse and keyboard disappear after a few minutes of using. We have to manually shut down and turn back on now and then. They said there was nothing wrong with it. It is still happening and will have to go through it again tomorrow

Favorable reviews when considering this product. After setup, it worked great. Within 2 weeks, mouse and screen froze randomly having to cold reboot. Computer would not restore and product returned to store.

I bought this open box but when I took it home it would not boot up. Kept restarting.

Computer did not work at all when set up at home, had to return for refund.

Got this computer do to good reviews but the mother board burned out in 22 days and I only used the computer 3 times total. It is to bad because this computer was very quite and fast, had great graphics. I did see in other reviews that a few had this same problem. More positive then negative reviews so I thought they were isolated cases. Now I think maybe they have a bad batch out there with bad mother boards. I see this does seem to be an issue with this computer more than I thought at purchase. Best Buy was very good about exchange so no complaints with the customer service their. You can roll the dice on this one. Good luck.

Is it possible to rate this at less-than-1? I was really looking forward to using this computer. After a couple of days of having it, the hard drive failed. Took it back to the store, and luckily it was replaced. About a week or so later, the motherboard failed. Had to send it to the service center, and got it back about 2 weeks later. Another couple days go by, and the motherboard fails again. Stay away!!

POWERS SUPPLY UNIT CANNOT BE UPGRADED. ITS A GREAT COMPUTER FOR SCHOOL AND LIGHT GAMEING, BUT IT CAN NOT BE UPGRADED, IT IS NOT FUTURE PROOF. UD BE BETTER OFF GETTING A DELL OR ANY OTHER COMPUTER THAT ALLOWS FOR FUTURE UPGRADES. THIS COMUTER WILL NOT SUPPORT NEW HARDWARE DUE TO WEAK PSU. WHY BUY THIS WHEN FOR THE SAME PRICE U CAN GET ANOTHER COMP FROM A DIFFERENT MANIFACTUERER THAT WILL ALLOW HARDWARE UPGRADES. IT IS MY FAULT I DIDNT READ THE REVIEWS. ITS A GREAT COMP BUT THE LACK OF A UPGRADABLE PSU MAKES IT 1 STAR IN MY BOOK. UPGRADING A COMPUTER IS ONE OF THE GREAT THINGS THAT SEPERATES A COMPUTER FROM A LAPTOP OR CONSOLE. TO DENY THAT EQUALS 1 STAR.

This is missing the DVI and DisplayPort outputs. Bought this in a pinch for work to run multiple TVs. When I went back to the store they sold me a 4 port HDMI switch to solve the problem. Come to find out that's not what a switch does. I'll be returning this computer.

I bought this several months ago and I waited to long to return it. This computer freezes up constantly and I am lucky to be able to get on line, I requested New but I think they sold me a return, I kept thinking it will work the bugs out but it never did, once in a while it will work like it should but not for long, I can hear the motor grinding and my modem's lights flickering like crazy. I have had several computers through the years but this is the first time I have had this kind of trouble.

Ok. This is my first bad review. I bought this open box model at a great price. Speed is what I needed for multitasking. Unfortunately the one star I gave it is because it has no wifi adapter capability even though this product specifically say it does. One star is given because it is fast when I do a straight wired lab connection. I'm still disappointed.

I would give it zero stars, but Best Buy won't let me. 5 months after I bought this, the power button broke; both Lenova and Best Buy REFUSED to honor the warranty and make the repair. It is a HEFTY paperweight, I might put a rope through it and use it for an anchor this winter.
