Posted .The Lenovo IdeaCentre A340-22 All-In-One system will boot from off to the Windows 10 Desktop Screen in less than 40-seconds. If you are getting slower boot times, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10, incompatible software may also be causing your WiFi issues. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

I was disappointed to find out that my printer is not compatible to my upgraded computer. With a little time, I plan to purchase a printer that will work with my Lenovo

It was a gift and I was so excited to receive it. I am a nursing student and it is perfect for virtual classes. The camera is able to go down into the monitor. It also has wireless charging on the base. The picture here is not the exact model I got. Mine has a wireless charger and rose gold accents. It is beautiful and looks so lovely on my desk. The system is quick and there's even room for my Sims 4 game with all the add ons.

He told me about Lenovo and all the great features is has. I bought the Lenovoband LOVE it. Saves spaceabd i love all the features. Micheal from local Geek Squad came to our house. Took all the info from the old HP computer and transferred it to the Lenovo. Explained all the features to me. Answered all my questions. Micheal is AWESOME. We buy all our TV, Computers etc from Best Buy
