Also it looks like the free Trend Micro Internet Security was not included in this purchase.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues using your Lenovo IdeaCentre A340-22 All-In-One system. The heart of the IdeaCentre A340-22 AIO is the Windows 10 Operating System. To learn your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free. There is a 30-day trial of McAfee Virus Protection Software installed on this computer. It will activate automatically with the initial activation of Windows 10, then protect your computer for 30-days. After the 30-days, you can purchase a subscription to McAfee Virus Protection Software through the APP, or, you can uninstall McAfee and use the free Windows Defender Virus Protection Software that comes with Windows 10, or you can uninstall McAfee and use your own choice of 3rd party Virus Protection Software. The key is to uninstall McAfee if you will not be using McAfee, as there can only be one active Virus Protection Software on the computer at a time. Very disappointing. Called the store and they told me it was a slow processor and would not do anything. I wish the saleman would have known more about this product. This computer was in my price range and that is why i purchased it. I lnow very little about pc that is why when the salesman told me it was a good computer I purchased it. Very disappointing. I can't afford to replace it.

This is an entry level, light use system with its Intel Pentium processor. It is not meant for multi-tasking or demanding programs. It is good for Microsoft Office and light internet browsing.
