Posted .This Lenovo IdeaCentre A340 22 All-In-One system model number F0EA003RUS, will boot from off to the Windows Desktop Screen in less than 40-seconds. If you are getting slower boot times, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Slowest computer I've ever known.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased about 10 computers in my life. This one is the worst one of all . I can you not, this computer is slower than the computers I owned in the mid-90s. The keyboard has like a 5- second lag, something from the moment you press the key until the moment the letter actually shows up on screen. Don't buy this computer. Best Buy should have never had this computer in stock. This computer should not be for sale anywhere.

Stay away!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Purchased one of these computers. It lasted three days and crashed. I took it back and exchange it for another identical model and it lasted five days, but the CD drive never did work and after those five days it wouldn’t turn on. Best Buy was wonderful to deal with on the matter and took both defective items back with no problem but I would never purchase another computer of this brand.

||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve always loved Lenovo. This computer is not Lenovo quality. Just opened the box today. The product initially wouldn’t turn on, was able to turn it on and started to set up my computer. It should off randomly and couldn’t turn it back on. At this point if I can get it to stay on long enough and ensure my info is wiped off the computer I’m returning it. It’s a basically 21 inches of junk.
