Junk. Simply using this to edit a book in word. In 3 month I had to restore for restore points 2 times, then last time would not restore. I have 4 other lenovo laptops and computers and have never seen such junk. And of course I should have taken it back the first time it crashed but bestbuy is so far away and now 2 months after purchase you can't return the piece of junk.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo IdeaCentre A340-22 All-In-One system. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. Lenovo

The touch screen is nice but booting it up is way too slow. Even when signed in it is taking 3 minutes just to load one tab. Speaking of signing in, sometimes it will take an hour just to bring me back to the sign in screen. It would even do it three to four times in a row until I can finally use it just to be disappointed further. The price isn’t even worth it.

Love the monitor and color of photos and such, BUT this computer lags and hangs up. There's nothing added on it as far as apps. Just what came with the computer from the factory. Going back to Best Buy tomorrow. Second one I've bought of this model and the same issues. Maybe a bad shipment, who knows. Think I'll get an HP. Never had a problem with them.

This Brand is horrible. You spend over $600 to just constantly have issues. All I use it for is a few simple spreadsheets. I shut it down after every use. I paid for antivirus software as well. Yet, here I am having to hard restart my computer to work on a spreadsheet every week. Do not buy this brand.

Let's start with the good. It arrived fast and processor works fast. Bad, arrived and CD drive doesn't work. I don't have time to mail back and wait for an exchange, so bought an external cd drive. In reading some other reviews sounds like they are prone to the connector cable coming loose inside.
