Great computer the one main feature broke

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good little computer, love it, we use it in a shop environment handles the Heat really good for not being in a AC environment. only issue is the wireless charging paid stopped working about 6 months into it. main reason i spent $100 more to get that feature. to fix it the computer needs sent in. don't have time to be down from the computer.

Had some technical issues with the computer and due to COVID ( at least I hope ) customer service was pretty much inexistent. I returned this computer and got a HP instead ( much more satisfied with this one )

Overall a great computer but the camera is an issue. Will need to bring it back and swap for a replacement. Lenovo refused to repair it- referred back to Best Buy

I am used to an Intel i3 and better but this Rysen worked well. The sound is not the best. Sounds kind of muffled and not as clear as I would like. I do like the pop up, closeable camera and the 'ornate' gold stand.

Don't waste your money

I have had it for about a month and I've already had the sleep mode non responsive, so I couldn't get back to my home screen without a shutting it down. Also just had a blank white screen while using Edge where nothing would close or respond. Not impressed.

Software issues on your Lenovo IdeaCentre A540 AIO model # F0EM006YUS. please ensure you have installed the latest Windows 10 updates, system device drivers and BIOS. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan” In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at 877-453-6686 for additional help.
