Perfect All-In-One Desktop PC

It is a solid all-in-one PC very clean install for minimal desk space and no annoying cables hanging all over the place. It has plenty of power for her needs to do some basic Adobe Lightroom work and use her Cricut design space.

To start with the performance and instability issues, this can be firmware and software related. We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Great little all-in-one machine!

If you are low on space, but still want a fully functional desktop computer, this may be exactly what you are looking for! Out of the box, this machine is simplicity at its finest. You have the machine itself, power cable, keyboard, and mouse. The keyboard and mouse are both wireless (keyboard is not backlit), but you will have to plug the USB dongle into the back of the computer to get them to work. The USB dongle is located inside the mouse, you just gently pull off the top cover of the mouse (this is also where you put the batteries in) and the USB dongle is in there. Just pop it into the USB port on the computer and you’ll be good to go. I think a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard would have been a better option and it would also save a USB port. Once you fire up the machine you will have to go through the usual Windows setup procedure. It will only take about 5-10 minutes and then you will be good to go! I found the computer to perform very well for most day-to-day tasks. The Ryzen processor along with the 512GB SSD will easily work for watching movies, browsing the web, checking emails, writing word documents, photo and video editing and things like that. The computer does only come with 8GB of RAM so that will limit you a little if you want to do a lot of multitasking or gaming. It says on the website that it is upgrade-able to 16GB, so that’s a nice option if you wanted to upgrade the RAM. I know a lot of times that’s not possible in these all in one machines. The display looks great, it is only 1080p though, so no 4K. But I found the screen to look very vibrant and looked great! The screen is also a touchscreen which is always a nice feature to have. I use a touchscreen for work so I am always finding myself trying to touch the screen on my home computer and until now it never did anything. I find it much easier in certain situations to just tap the screen instead of messing around with a mouse. One other very cool feature is that the base of the monitor has a wireless charger built in, so you can just set your phone or earbud case on it and it will charge. Yet another thing you can take off your desk to save space! As far as connectivity goes, you have 3 USB ports and 1 USBC port (1 will be taken up by the keyboard and mouse dongle) HDMI In and out so you can use this is just a standalone monitor for like a gaming console or plug in a fire stick or something like that to just use it as a TV. Then there is also an ethernet port. For most people, that is plenty of places to plug in anything you need. It also comes with a built in webcam as well, so that’s another device you wont need. Overall, I found the performance and ease of use of this computer to be great! I think it would be perfect for most home offices, for a college student, or even a senior citizen who doesn’t want to mess around with a lot of complicated devices and having to plug multiple things into a computer. Its very easy to set up, and operate! I wish it had more RAM pre-installed and at least a 1TB hard drive, but other than that, it’s a very solid machine!
