Lenovo IdeaCentre AIO 27"

After two weeks the motherboard had to be replaced under warranty. After a few more weeks the hard drive had to be wiped because of erratic behavior that was not caused by virus. And the last straw at just 14 months of ownership the hard drive failed so badly that even professional technicians were unable to boot up PC to attempt repairs. This unit also had loud noise from cooling fan and/or hard drive. Decided to buy a Dell AIO rather then spend hundreds of dollars to repair. Do noy buy!

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue since outdated and buggy software affects overall functionality. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

Great computer bad service
